Public Awareness

Headed by Susan MacMillan, this team develops communication strategies; creates ILRI’s brand; synthesizes ILRI messages; produces ILRI’s corporate publications, including annual report, film and multimedia products, issue briefs, posters and exhibits; writes news releases for the media and news stories for ILRI’s website and blogs (Paul Karaimu); develops online news rooms and manages media campaigns (Muthoni Njiru); and builds ILRI’s presence on other social media.
