Facilities Department
The Facilities department is in charge of:

• Construction, refurbishments, and maintenance of all Buildings and Infrastructure.
• Supervision and coordination of outsourced services and service providers e.g. Grounds Maintenance (Farmline), Cleaning services (Chemserve) and any contractor undertaking facilities work
• Advising Management and/or internal Clients on the most suitable and cost effective solutions for Facilities and infrastructural improvements.
• Budgeting, Costing and Recharging for all time and materials necessary to carry out annual and daily work programs by Facilities technicians.
