Mr Gulilat Berhane
Mr Gulilat Berhane is an economist currently working for the Ministry of Water Resources as Head of the Planning and Projects Department. Before joining the Ministry of Water Resources, Mr Gulilat worked for the former Water Supply and Sewerage Authority beginning in 1982. He has over 20 years of working experience in the water sector especially in the fields of administration, supplies, project design and planning. Mr Gulilat holds BA degree in management from the Addis Ababa University and MSc degree in economics from the University of Economic Science, Berlin, Germany.
