Albert currently provides administrative and financial support to the Targeting and Innovation Theme. His responsibilities include preparing financial reports to donor and ensuring projects are managed within budgets, contracting, information dissemination and managing the office to ensure everything runs in order. Prior to joining ILRI, he worked as an energy consultant involved in implementing energy related development project with the Intermediate Technology Development Group East Africa and a researcher at African Energy Research Policy Network.
