Information and communication technologies

This unit manages the Information and Communications Technology needs of the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) in Nairobi, as well as ILRI’s Nairobi and Addis Ababa campuses, including infrastructure, customer services, software applications, the Information and Communications Technology network and business continuity plans.
