Abstract

Presentation for stakeholder engagement under UCSATP on co-developing a livestock MRV system for Uganda. It frames MRV as an institutional and data system rather than only a model, links country-specific Tier 2 methods to better decisions and mitigation tracking, and outlines ILRI support for MRV architecture, national capacity, data quality, governance and scaling.
