Climate Governance, Diplomacy and Negotiations Leadership Program: Report from an Outcome Harvest

Since 2020, AICCRA has been collaborating with the African Group of Negotiators Experts Support (AGNES) to implement the Climate Governance, Diplomacy and Negotiations Leadership Program. This flagship training initiative aimed at empowering early- and mid-career researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, enabling them to make vital contributions to climate policy and negotiations across Africa. The objective of the assessment was to identify outcomes stemming from AICCRA’s specific modules on long-term planning, adaptation Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Decision Support Tools (DSTs). An outcome harvest approach was adopted for this assessment.
