An evidence-to-action toolkit on gender norms in the livestock sector

This gender norms tool is designed to help research and development practitioners qualitatively identify and explore the gender norms within a targeted population involved in livestock enterprises through Focus Group Interviews (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Individual Interviews (IDIs). The exploration includes identifying the dynamics and processes through which restrictive gender norms persist, key persons, processes (including development interventions), and factors involved in potential normative change processes.
