George leads the LCEs Program management team ensuring the application of best practices in project and program management, and providing leadership to a team of project managers and support staff. He Cordinates proposal development, project planning, project execution, and project closure of LCE projects. He provides strategic oversight across multiple projects, applying strong program management principles to drive efficiency, accountability, and results.
He holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing a strong blend of strategic, technical, and financial expertise to his role.
