Hippolyte Affognon
Chief of Party (CoP) Mali Resilience Challenge Fund
Dr Hippolyte Affognon (Agricultural Economist) is currently the Chief of Party of the ILRI Mali Resilience Challenge Fund Program (MRCFP) based in Senegal. Previously he was Project cycle coordinator and manager, team leader in several organizations including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the West and Central African Council for Agricultural Research and Development (CORAF), the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE), and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA). He completed his PhD and Post-doc at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI).
