Passionate about advancing the implementation of the One Health approach, which has seen him participate in training students and professionals including multidisciplinary staff from academia and government institutions, on various skills sets including Risk Analysis and One Health Leadership within the East and Central Africa Region and beyond. Contributed to the development of various strategic, and technical documents as well as training modules on One Health Leadership, Risk Analysis and Antimicrobial Resistance, among others.
