Business-to-Business discussion tools: Forms
Abstract
Forms used in the design and application of structured Business-to-Business (B2B) discussion tools for strengthening coordination, trust and collaboration among livestock producers, traders and input and service providers within sheep and goat value chains in pastoral systems. By creating a neutral, participatory space for dialogue, the tools enabled actors to jointly identify constraints, gender- differentiated challenges and priority intervention points across production and marketing cycles. The B2B approach generated practical, actor-driven solutions that support improved productivity, market engagement and resilience, demonstrating its value as an effective mechanism for inclusive value chain development.
