Gina is a senior strategic communications and knowledge management specialist with more than 16 years of experience supporting international development, agricultural research, climate action, and sustainability initiatives. She works across science communication, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, knowledge management, and research uptake, helping translate complex research into accessible, audience-focused content that informs policy and practice.
She has supported communications and knowledge management across several CGIAR initiatives, including the Climate Impact Platform, the Environmental Health and Biodiversity Platform, the Climate Action Science Program, the Multifunctional Landscapes Science Program, and ILRI's livestock and climate portfolios. Her work focuses on strengthening the visibility, influence, and uptake of scientific evidence among policymakers, donors, development partners, and practitioners.
Gina holds an MBA from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom, and a Professional Diploma in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), United Kingdom. She is currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), with research focused on corporate governance and environmental sustainability.
