Socially differentiated willingness-to-pay for rangeland health services among pastoralists in Ethiopia
Abstract
Investment in rangeland health services for sustainable land restoration requires a better understanding of the valuation of such interventions. However, little is known about pastoralists’ willingness-to-pay (WTP) for such services. This brief summarizes the study that sought to assess pastoralists’ WTP for rangeland health services with a combined double-bounded dichotomous choice contingent valuation and an open- ended elicitation format.
