Request for Information - Corporate online Taxi Services (Kenya) Deadline:
The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) works for better lives through livestock in developing countries. ILRI is co-hosted by Kenya and Ethiopia, has 14 offices across Asia and Africa.
We are currently exploring having a corporate ride-hailing service in Kenya to support staff travel, with monthly invoicing, consolidated reporting, SLA-backed service levels, and an option for pre-ride manager approval.
- Scope of Work
- Provide corporate account setup, monthly invoicing, and admin portal access.
- Provide API/Webhook/SFTP access for ride transactions and invoicing.
- Describe options for pre-ride approval.
- Provide driver vetting process, insurance cover, incident escalation and local account management.
Deliverables- Corporate account onboarding plan and timeliness.
- Integration documentation and sandbox access (if available).
- Sample invoice & reporting extract format.
- SLA and penalties for non-performance.
Commercials & Billing- Provide pricing model, sample month invoice, minimum guarantees, cancellation fees, and VAT treatment.
Compliance & Security- Data protection, retention and ability to provide audit logs and exports.We would like to hear from you on the above areas and further we can schedule a demo with a date of your convenience where you can take us through your system.
