The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) is pleased to invite your firm to submit a proposal for the provision of Consultancy Services for a Comprehensive Energy Audit and Energy Management Compliance Assessment at the ILRI Nairobi Campus.
Please find attached the Request for Proposal (RFP), which provides the detailed Terms of Reference, scope of work, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
Kindly note the following key dates:

- Deadline for Clarification Requests: 10 August 2026
- Proposal Submission Deadline: 14 August 2026
