Document launches
During the conference, ILRI and partners will launch two important knowledge products:
1. Recommendations for sustainable livestock transformation in Asia and the Pacific
The Recommendations from the Regional Conference on Sustainable Livestock Transformation for Food Systems in Asia and the Pacific capture key priorities and actions emerging from the regional conference held in Hanoi, Viet Nam, in March 2026. The recommendations focus on four areas: One Health, climate-smart livestock systems, livelihoods and inclusive economic development, and food security and nutrition, providing guidance for policy, investment, research and regional collaboration.
2. CGIAR One Health solution briefs
ILRI will also launch a set of CGIAR One Health solution briefs, harvesting 40 years of CGIAR One Health experience. The briefs draw on decades of research and partnerships across Africa and Asia to highlight practical approaches, evidence and lessons on issues including zoonotic diseases, antimicrobial resistance, food safety, One Health governance, capacity development and integrated One Health field approaches.
