The 21st Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Production Societies in Animal Science Congress (AAAP 2026)

The 21st Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Production Societies in Animal Science Congress (AAAP 2026)

The 21st Asian-Australasian Animal Production Congress (AAAP2026), hosted by the Animal Husbandry Association of Vietnam (AHAV), will take place in Hanoi, Viet Nam, from 28–31 October 2026. Under the theme “Sustainable Animal Production,” the congress will bring together scientists, policymakers, industry leaders and development partners to exchange knowledge, showcase innovations and strengthen collaboration towards more sustainable, resilient and inclusive livestock systems.

ILRI's contributions to AAAP2026

As a co-organizing partner of AAAP2026, the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) will contribute to the scientific programme through two ILRI-led symposia, an invited presentation, and oral and poster presentations by ILRI scientists and research partners.

These contributions will showcase research and practical innovations in One Health, livestock genetics, animal health and welfare, digital technologies and sustainable livestock development across Asia.
