

Geoffrey Njenga is an accomplished Communications Specialist with extensive experience in driving impactful change through strategic communication, advocacy and stakeholder engagement across Africa. Currently, he leads communications for the One Health Research, Education and Outreach Centre in Africa (OHRECA) the AeDST-HORN project and the Co-Infection project under the Animal and Human Health program, where he designs and implements high-impact communication strategies to influence policy, amplify program successes, and engage diverse stakeholders.
With over ten years of expertise across Africa's development landscape in multimedia content development, media engagement, digital media strategies, creative writing, and crisis communication, Geoffrey excels at crafting compelling narratives tailored to global and local audiences. His impressive credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Daystar University, as well as certificates in Fundamentals of Implementation Science and Economic Evaluation in Global Health from the University of Washington. He also has Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) certification from APMG International.
