My work spans East, Horn, and West Africa, focusing on strengthening the resilience of vulnerable populations through climate risk financing, index insurance, anticipatory action systems, digital information platforms, market intelligence, and rangeland management. I have led and coordinated multidisciplinary research programs, including randomized controlled trials, impact evaluations, willingness-to-pay studies, and policy-oriented research on pastoral and agricultural systems.
