Jonathan Mueke is principal secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, State Department for Livestock Development, Kenya.
He is a former deputy governor of Nairobi Country (2013–2017); a role in which he oversaw the Trade & Cooperatives, Roads & Infrastructure, Agriculture, Youth and ICT ministries. He also led the County Delivery Unit whose primary role was to ensure that all county projects were executed properly, were sustainable, and had the desired impact to the public.
Mueke is a graduate of Wayne State University (Bsc in Computer Science and Business Administration) and Oakland University (MBA in Global Information Technology and Entrepreneurship), USA.
