Emily Kerandi has more than 5 years technical experience in both operational and strategic management of the human resources function. Prior to joining ILRI, she worked with Deloitte & Touche in the Management Consulting and internal HR departments and AMREF in the HR department and Child Survival Project in Busia District. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Paul’s University, Kenya and Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
