ILRI leads the CGIAR Research Program on Livestock (since January 2017). This evolved from the CGIAR Research Program on Livestock and Fish that ran from 2012 to 2016.
ILRI leads the Food Safety flagship and co-leads the Improving Human Health flagship of the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health.
ILRI is a full partner in the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security and a Tier 2 partner in the CGIAR Research Program on Policies, Institutions, and Markets and the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land and Ecosystems.
ILRI contributes to the CGIAR Genebank Platform and the CGIAR Platform for Big Data in Agriculture.
